Gowtham Menon’s films have always had special welcome for his aesthetic musical style. In fact the musicals have played important role in making his films successful. But this time, he wants to prove himself an excellent filmmaker without the music.

The reason Gowtham Menon says that usually thriller movies have the sound effects and background score that creates the eerie feel. But Gowtham Menon wants to deliver the same feel without music in Nadunisi Naaigal.

The film’s shooting is completed and has Sameera Reddy in lead roles. The film is loosely based on the life of Auto Shankar, who was a gangster involved in serial killing of women.
